Yin Yoga at Salt of the Earth with Maureen Ivers Bolduc
Please join us for Yin Yoga at Salt of the Earth. This special practice will combine the therapeutic benefits of halotherapy with yin yoga. Yin yoga is a slow, meditative practice which allows us to: • Find our edge • Be still • Stay for a while • Move with gentleness and respect for our bodies • Be truly ... present We will practice Yin Yoga in a Salt Cave. The environment of a salt cave is created by using a halo generator to distribute micro particles of pure, dry salt into the air. It is a naturally beautiful environment! As yogis breathe deeply, healthy negative ions from the inhaled salt reduce inflammation and increase serotonin levels in the body. The body’s natural relaxation response is enhanced. The cave will shroud you from devices, deadlines and distractions. I look forward to welcome you to experience the unique health benefits of halotherapy and yin yoga!
