Join us on Friday, November 4th for a night of unapologetic indulgence in all that is you. For our Homecoming edition, we will have back to back Sensual Movement and Twerk classes. Sensual Heels is a slower version of typical heels classes. Instead of quick sharp and intricate movements, we mimic honey- slowly moving from one movement to the next and telling a story with our eyes , hands, hips and legs and even hair. This is perfect for both the beginner and the pro. Optional floorwork may be added so please bring kneepads or wear leggings that will allow you to glide on the floor. You will learn how to isolate and jiggle all your ass-ets in celebration of your body and spirit.
