Join us for this eight-class session of Tai Chi for Couch Potatoes! Tired of hibernating this winter? Here’s a chance to get up off of the couch and get ready for spring! Tai Chi is a gentle exercise that can help to improve flexibility, balance and muscle strength, ease pain and stiffness, improve sleep, and improve a person's overall wellness.

This program is free and is for adults 18+. Registration is required; register at the Pine Hills Reference desk, by calling 518-482-7911 x2, or online by clicking the ticket link.
