Tai Chi for Beginners
Tai Chi was created hundreds of years ago, but it is relevant today. A series of slow flowing movements promote balance, relaxation, range of movement, and low blood pressure; all of which are necessary in today's fast moving and hectic world. Emphasis will be focused on the Beijing 24 form and breathing exercises know as Chi Kung. Join us!
