Learn about the adventures and challenges of life underwater! Explore A View From the Deep: The Submarine Growler & the Cold War exhibit and meet a submariner. Participants will have the option to go inside the submarine Growler.
Accessibility Note: A View From the Deep: The Submarine Growler & the Cold War is fully accessible. The submarine Growler is a narrow, one-way experience that requires the use of stairs and stepping through raised hatches. Any guests who wants to go through Growler are required to go through a practice hatch without assistance first.
All visitors must follow the Museum's health and safety guidelines. Following the City of New York’s Emergency Executive Order No. 225, all visitors12 years of age and older must provide proof of at least one vaccination shot against COVID-19, as well as identification, before entering the Museum. Please bring proof and ID with you to the program. Please or review the FAQ below for a list acceptable forms of proof of vaccination and ID.

All visitors age 2 and up will be required to wear masks in indoor spaces within the Museum complex. Vaccinated visitors will be permitted to remove their masks in outdoor spaces such as the pier and flight deck.
