Self Care for The Season
Join Amanda and Bec for an immersive mini-vacation from winter as we explore the seasons — both through the lens of change and the science of ayurveda. Students will move through a yoga practice themed on each of the four seasons, sandwiched by an opportunity to explore their ayurvedic dosha; you’ll have your pulse read, learn about your constitution as guided by ayurveda, and make special individualized beauty products to ground and rejuvenate you, and a special tea blend to compliment your constitution. We’ll close with a meditative and blissful restorative practice so you leave feeling refreshed, renewed and ready to enter a new season.
