Meditation instruction will be available for newcomers.A nyinthun is a day-long meditation session: nyin is Tibetan for “day,” and thun means “session” of formal meditation.Open to meditators of all experience levels, this program offers us a chance to deepen our meditation practice and refresh our sense of well-being, goodness, and sanity.New to meditation? The Learn to Meditate sessions offered every Tuesday evening and on the 1st Sunday morning of the month can serve as an excellent introduction to sitting meditation.This event will be delivered live, in-person, at Nalandabodhi Center, located at 64 Fulton Street, Suite #400 in NYC. Further information to be provided upon registration. Please note there is a limit of 15 people for this event so please register early.Proof of vaccination is required and will be checked at the door. Masks are optional but highly encouraged.
