RUNHealthy: Yoga (Wednesday Morning)

Whether you’re training for a race, looking to become more flexible, or rehabbing an injury, yoga is a great complement to any runner's training program. Open to all levels, the practice will enhance the mind-body connection and incorporate it into your running.
These class dates will be taught by Katherine Bacino. Learn more about her holistic yoga program that gets results.
Please bring your own yoga mat. If you do not have a yoga mat, one will be provided for you on a first-come, first-served basis.
