RUNHealthy: Yoga (Monday Morning)

Whether you’re training for a race, looking to become more flexible, or rehabbing an injury, yoga is a great complement to any runner's training program. Open to all levels, the practice will enhance the mind-body connection and incorporate it into your running.
The February 12 class will be taught by Steph Armijo. Learn more about her class, which focuses on updated yoga biomechanics and balancing the nervous system.
The February 19 class will be taught by Jen Harper. Learn more about her class, which encourages students to laugh, be themselves, and feel challenged.
Please bring your own yoga mat. If you do not have a yoga mat, one will be provided for you on a first-come, first-served basis.
