RUNHealthy: Wednesday Morning Yoga
Whether you’re training for a race, looking to become more flexible, or rehabbing an injury, yoga is a great complement to your training program. Open to all levels, this practice will enhance the mind-body connection, an important component of running. Classes will be led by Lauren Goodwin. Learn more about her class, which uses sequencing to guide students through a fun flow-yoga practice.
Please bring your own yoga mat. If you do not have a yoga mat, one will be provided for you at the NYRR RUNCENTER. Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for setup so the class can start on schedule.
