RUNHealthy: Saturday Morning Yoga
Whether you’re training for a race, looking to become more flexible, or rehabbing an injury, yoga is a great complement to any runner's training program. Open to all levels, the practice will enhance the mind-body connection and incorporate it into your running.
This class will be led by Rachel Zive. Please bring your own yoga mat. If you do not have a yoga mat, one will be provided for you at the NYRR RUNCENTER.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for setup so the class can start on schedule.
