RUNHealthy: NYRR Bootcamp
This high-intensity bodyweight training session will produce more sweat in 45 minutes than most people see in a week. We've been named the hardest workout in New York year after year, but we promise, the workouts are totally appropriate for all fitness levels. Focusing on total body engagement, moving through different planes, we'll prep you for your next race and, more importantly, life!
