Philos Ideas Conference
For the past three years, the Philos Project has dedicated itself to the mission of promoting positive Christian engagement in the Middle East through value-based friendships constructed across sectarian, partisan, and cultural lines. This mission has been pursued in a variety of avenues ranging from educational programs and immersive travel to research, advocacy, and ministerial outreach. From these widespread initiatives, the Philos Project has developed a network like no other that includes policymakers, journalists, partner organizations, students, artists, scholars, ministers, and you! However, the Project is growing and the Middle East is evolving and presenting new challenges for today’s leaders. Thus, for the first time, the branches of the Philos Project will be returning home to its roots in New York City on September 14 to build friendships, exchange ideas, and explore how today’s leaders in policy, journalism, research, and ministry can continue the Philos mission in the coming years of conflict in the Middle East. The conference will feature dynamic speakers, insightful breakout sessions, intimate panel discussions, and extensive networking opportunities that will equip the leaders of today for the Middle East of the future.
