Okuden - Reiki Level 2 Class

2 CONSECUTIVE SUNDAYS — FEB 3 & 10, 9:30AM-1:30PM

Okuden can be translated as ‘Hidden or Inner Teachings”. Reiki Level 2 focuses on looking inside yourself for hidden or inner knowledge.

This training includes:


A quick review of Reiki 1 level (Shoden)

3 attunements or Reijus

3 symbols and mantras and how to work with them

Performing distant sessions

Tools to start establishing your own practice

Traditional Japanese meditations to boost your energy

A copy of my book Reiki as a Spiritual Practice: an illustrated guide + Reiki 2 manual.


The class will be conducted in a small group and includes one distant session practice in between, a one-hour virtual follow up, and future mentorship.
