OUR GUIDED MEDITATION GROUP WILL NOW BE HELD ON MONDAYS AT 6:30PM
START THE WEEK OFF THE RIGHT WAY, INSTEAD OF REGRETTING THE WEEK AND HAVE A "CASE OF THE MONDAYS" CHANGE THE REALITY AND START OFF YOUR WEEK WITH A GUIDED MEDITATION WITH JEFF SMITH AND "RAISE YOUR VIBRATION!"
Join us for a guided meditation each week to help you release stress, tension & acquire peace of mind!
This is open to beginners and advanced, you will learn how to quiet the mind and get in touch with your Higher self and so much more!
Each class is $10 donation per person.
Meditation will be taking place in our new facility, same address!
