Dal 2014 insegna nella scuola Collina Italiana di Manhattan e dal 2018 traduce in italiano film e serie TV, tra cui Grey’s Anatomy. Attualmente tiene anche lezioni di inglese medico ai giovani aspiranti medici che scelgono di studiare all’estero. Convinta dell’importanza della mediazione linguistica in ambito ospedaliero, ha approfondito il tema in numerosi contributi per quotidiani e riviste italiane. There, she specialized in medical interpreting, worked in major hospitals in New York, and taught Italian at the United Nations School. Since 2014, she has been teaching at Collina Italiana School in Manhattan, and since 2018, she has been translating films and TV series into Italian, including Grey’s Anatomy. She also currently teaches medical English to young aspiring doctors who choose to study abroad. Convinced of the importance of language mediation in healthcare settings, she has explored the topic in numerous contributions for Italian newspapers and magazines.
