In this new 4 Week Series with Ved Bachan and Adair Finucane, we will explore Space & Stillness and freeing your energy for victory over stress, anxiety and feelings of being overwhelmed.
In these four workshops, we will explore ways of shifting perspective and encouraging our sensitivities to work in our favor. Using a blend of yoga practices (hatha, kundalini kriyas, meditations, breath work, mantra, contemplative techniques and healing gong relaxation), we will explore:
• Extending the aura/magnetic field to protect personal energy
• Strengthening the nervous system to buffer against negativity, anxiety and clear thinking
• Strengthening the nervous system to buffer against negativity and anxiety
• Gaining capacity and caliber to deal with the inevitable changes in life
• Uncovering our fundamental right to feel joy
• Recharging and enrich our energy to feel lighter, more energized and hopeful!
