See below to read about our new in-person class offerings.About this EventMild and milky, smooth and silky: any way you stretch it, we love fresh mozzarella! In this class, we'll teach you the ways of creating your own mozzarella balls from curd.First, we'll taste several samples of fresh pasta filata (pulled curd) style cheeses (think Mozzarella, Bufala, Burrata, oh my!). Then we'll all roll up our sleeves to turn curds into the beautiful balls that we know as fresh mozzarella. Enjoy unlimited pours of our house wines, and bring home your own mozzarella masterpiece.Mozzarella Making is for ages 16 and up. Notification ahead of time for a person under 21 years of age is required for appropriate setup on our end. Non-alcoholic beverages are available in substitution of house wines.*NEW 90 MINUTE FORMAT WITH UNLIMITED HOUSE WINE*We are super excited to welcome you back inside of our classrooms to engage once again in cheesy learning! We’ll be starting small with a few classes a week and building back up to our regularly scheduled programming over the coming months. In the meantime we are taking safety precautions to allow for a safe reentry. Masking is not required, however strongly encouraged.*Please read the following FAQ and outline regarding vaccination: Do I Need To Be Vaccinated To Take An In-Person Class?In accordance with current NYC standards, vaccination status verification is no longer required to take part in our classes. Guests are not required not wear masks, but it is strongly encouraged.How Much Do Cheese Classes Cost?Classes start at $75 online and $80 in person. Can I Transfer from One Class to Another?We are unable to refund tickets, and are only sometimes able to transfer them. There are no guaranteed ticket transfers.I Can’t Make the Class I Signed Up ForWe are unable to refund tickets, and are only sometimes able to transfer them. Up to 48 hours before a class, if the class is full and has a waitlist, there is sometimes the option to transfer tickets to another class of equal or lesser value. The fee for transferring a class is $10 per ticket.If you can’t make the virtual class as planned, we do send a recording out shortly after the end of virtual classes.Is There a Waitlist for Classes?Yes! Feel free to join the waitlist if a class you are interested is sold out. You will be notified if there have been openings due to cancellations, offered on a first-come, first-served basis. I Would Like To Give Someone A Class As A Gift. How Do I Do That?We strongly suggest purchasing gift cards instead of individual tickets to classes.
