Heart Rate Zone Testing Lecture
Watch this lecture and live demonstration on how to complete a sub maximal heart rate zone test on a stationary bike (can be applied to running or other endurance sports as well!).
Sara will put a volunteer through the 15-20 min test during the lecture!
Estimate your lactate threshold, and then figure out your 5 heart rate training zones.
Sara will also discuss what each zone works and how much time per week you should be spending in each zone based on your cardiovascular fitness goals.
Plenty of time to ask questions and get feedback of your own training.
