Upon check-in, all Attendees must pay the hotel the refundable security deposit charged by the hotel using a credit card or debit card, and present a government-issued photo ID. This deposit will be released back to your card within 24-72 hours after check-out, assuming you leave the room in good condition.The Room Holding Fee is due Feb. 3rd, and the remaining balance for your hotel stay is due February 4th. The remaining balance is refundable through January 22nd, minus a 25% cancellation fee. Starting January 23rd, a 50% cancellation fee applies, and no partial or full refunds will be issued on any prepaid amount starting January 26th.
