Group Cycle & Abs Class at PHC
Looking for a new “spin” on your current exercise routine? Check out our Group Cycle & Abs class at Pacific Health Club! Group cycling is designed to help individuals of all ages and fitness levels become fit and healthy. This 50-60 minute class is set to motivating music and includes aerobic & muscular endurance with anaerobic strength intervals. All new and first time riders please arrive 5-10 minutes before class for help with bike set up and instruction. Water bottle and towel are mandatory. Reserving bikes is NOT permitted. Be on your bike when the class starts. All levels.
