Fitness Improvement Program


Fitness Improvement Program

Sessions are held every Monday at 630am and every Friday at 7am. 

$40 for 1 session or $200 for 1 month (minimum 8 sessions).

Included in the month purchase are Wednesday sessions at 630pm for the month

Sessions will be strength and conditioning focused. The sessions are created using Marine Corps fitness and boxing training background.

There is an assessment at the beginning of the program and at the end of the program to show improvement and progress. Weekly results will be seen and a noticeable physical and mental change will occur after 1 month of the program.
