RELAX ~ DE-STRESS ~ CHILL OUT ~ WIND DOWN ~ DECREASE CORTISOL

Inspired by the busy-ness of the modern lifestyle this initiative aims to develop mindfulness, reduce stress and increase presence while bathing (metaphorically) in the beauty of the bush. 

Forest bathing began in Japan in the 1980s and is helping thousands of stressed out individuals find peace and calm in the serenity of nature. We aim to do that same except with an Aussie flavour! 

How does it work?

We meet early Saturday morning once a month before the world awakens. In a beautiful location in the Hills District we set out for 2 and a bit hours of slow walking, breathing rituals, presencing exercises, mindfulness practices, a slow snack and cuppa tea and then return to the car. We notify you a week in advance of the location as it is different every month.
