3.0 Excellent show, they was overall professional. They have room for growth with arriving way ahead of time to deal with troubleshooting and allow patrons into the building so the show starts on time. They communicated about the tech problems but also mentioned they had not prioritize getting there ahead of time due to attending church. I think there are good reason to miss another event and hosting a major event is one reasonable one. Great show otherwise but the sound issues took a little bit away from the experience. The set up of checking people in was too close to the concession. It should have been totally separate. The door to the show was left open so the noise from the lobby came into the show in the early part of the play. There needs to be ushers to ensure people are adhering to the silencing of phones.
