Hop on a farm wagon with founder and farmer Scott Meyer for a ride to our olive orchard. You'll pick your olives straight from the trees while learning about the cultivation, care, and keeping of European olive trees in Florida.

After you pick your olives, you'll head back to the quonset hut for a guided brining workshop. We provide the tools to begin and continue your brine. You'll take home your very own hand picked and hand brined jar of local olives. All the while, enjoy a grazing table with tapenades, regional charcuterie and cheeses, and housemade pickles.

The taproom and kitchen will be open for sipping and dining, and olive trees will also be available for purchase.
