Atlantic Ave. and Flagler Avenue and continue west down Flagler Avenue and end at Peninsula Avenue.PRIZES FOR FIRST PLACE CRAZY CART!PARTICIPANT INFO:Check in and Parade line-up will begin at 6:00 pm, on South Atlantic behind Crabby's Bar and Grill. - 203 S Atlantic Ave, New Smyrna Beach Florida -RULES & REGULATIONS:• No fireworks, pyrotechnics, or silly string allowed on golf carts or confetti of any material.\• PLEASE DO NOT THROW ANY ITEMS SUCH AS CANDY, BEADS, FLYERS, COUPONS, MAGAZINES, ETC.
