Do I need to wear special clothing or bring a mat?
Wear whatever clothing is comfortable for you. No need for a mat. Routine can be performed standing or seated.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No need to print a ticket...just show up! You're welcome to join in even once the class starts.
