This month, Emily Phillips-Geeza, yoga instructor and herbalist, is joining us for an afternoon gathering to celebrate the abundance of fall. During this period between the autumn equinox and Samhain, we will come together to celebrate all that we have experienced, grown, and accomplished during the growing season. We will discuss the healing flavors and practices for the season, informed by nature-based practices from around the world, including Ayurveda and western herbalism. By honoring our connection to the cycles of nature, we will work with ways to help us feel grounded and connected in the months to come. Our gathering will include gentle movement meditation for people of all abilities, followed by meditation, journaling, and discussion.
