Litchfield Hills Triathlon

Join us for this challenging Olympic distance Triathlon for individuals and relay teams of 2 or 3 as well as an AquaBike for individuals that wish to compete but not run (Please note that there is 1/4 mile hill from the beach to transition) in beautiful New Hartford, CT.

Swim Course: The swim is a 750m course in the clean, clear waters of West Hill Lake, which has one of the highest water ratings in the state. The swim is a counter-clockwise triangular course that has you exit the water and repeat with a second loop and then there is a 1/4 mile uphill run to the Transition.

Bike Course: Bike a beautiful loop course along back roads and wide shouldered main roads with a screaming downhill at the start and a rather painful uphill at the end. In between, the course rolls without any major up or downhills. The course measures 24.8 miles.

Run Course: The 10K hilly run course takes place completely in a rural neighborhood on quiet, well-shaded, rolling streets.

No cut off times.

Finisher Medals, Race T-shirts, Picnic, Music, Beer Zone and a whole lot of fun.
