Yoga for Creative Expression
We invite you to experience authentic Yoga as per the original instructions in the Hindu scriptures.
This workshop will enable you to understand how health, spiritual evolution, creativity and Yoga go hand in hand.
In this session, we will be doing Nithyananda Vinyasa Yoga for clarity of thoughts and ideas, a technique to put you in touch with the tremendous energy inside of you (Vishuddhi chakra).
We will conclude with a meditation to face the fear that comes up in any kind of Creative Expression.
This session is aimed at learning to create through consciousness, by just being and not trying to become something.
When you are just being, you are intense and open. Being is directly related to your nature, being is related to you.
Intensity leads to a solid feeling, you are not rigid, but flowing like a river with persistence towards the ocean.
Intensely flowing like this leads to the flowering of your being, superconscious breakthrough and creation.
Integrity and openness are all you need to create anything.
Some key benefits of this work are:
- It helps with body conditioning and getting into a daily yoga practice.
- Skeleton dance helps with restoring integrity back to you.
- Works on the throat chakra to get out of any comparison you face with you or others.
- Helps you to express yourself freely.
- Works on the sacral chakra to face your outcome related fears that come up while creating anything.
- You can request a personalized third eye body scanning, mind reading and healing as well at the end of the session.
