India Non Fiction Festival
The Delhi edition of India Non Fiction Festival will be held from November 30 – December 1, 2013 at The India Habitat Centre. The festival will bring together Authors, Bureaucrats, Educationalists, Parliamentarians, Social Activist’s, etc. on a platform to discuss and debate issues like Women Empowerment, Youth, Elections, Politics, Governance & Leadership, Security & Terrorism, Media, Travel, Development, India – History & Future, etc.
The Festival will have innovative sessions where an aspiring non-fiction writer can pitch his work in 3 minutes to various publishers seated around. While speakers at the India Non Fiction Festival include names like Rajmohan Gandhi, Dipankar Gupta, NK Singh, Shankar Aiyer, General VK Singh, Jitendra Bhargava, Pawan Varma, Kiran Karnik, Rajiv Sikri, etc amongst others, the Festival will also be the platform for today’s youth to voice their opinion on various social issues.
Aimed at bringing together non fiction writers and readers together, the India Non Fiction Festival is first of its kind literary meet in Delhi catering to students, academicians and readers alike.
