ABOUT THE WALK
A heritage walk to Ghalib Ki Haveli is simply an effort to discern and acknowledge the treasure of Mirza Ghalib, to unravel his stories beneath all the dust, and to relive the amber flecked yesteryears of our cultural glory.

The walk will Retrace Ghalib's footsteps by taking rounds of the lanes and by-lanes associated with the life and times of Mirza Ghalib in the Shahjahanabad. We will visit Mirza Ghalib ki Haveli (A heritage site that offers you an insight into the legendary poet’s life and times), visit all the important influential traces and end the tour at Dilli College ( now Anglo Arabic Senior Secondary School), the theme of the walk will be the journey of Mirza Ghalib's to the Dilli college( where he had gone for a job to the college as Farsi teacher and we'll explore the whole campus and will spend Half of the time, there).
Bring your friends and family, come together to hear the poetic rustle echoing within the walls of his trial and explore the life and times of Mirza Ghalib.
Attraction: Ghalib ki Haveli, Hindustani Dawakhana, Ahata Kaley Sahab, Hamdard Dawakhana, Masjid Badal Baig, Haveli Badal Baig, Masjid Mubarak Begum, Excelsior Cinema ( one of the first cinema of Shahjahanabad), Chawri Metro Station ( New Amar Cinema), Ajmeri Gate and Dilli College.

A passionate lecturer, Farhan knows hundreds of ancient stories and interesting anecdotes about Shahjahanabad and the many Mughal emperors who ruled it at various times. While Anas is our beloved Shayar and RJ who'll tell stories in a poetic way. They are working the culture of Old Delhi for the last couple of years and has successfully completed several heritage walks and lectures with Purani Dilli Walo Ki Baatein.
