Pioneer Park Picnic Pops "California: Ability" concert #2 of 3

Under the direction of Cheryl Woldseth, the Nevada County Concert Band presents "California: Ability" the second of the three Picnic Pops Concert Series, each celebrating the 175th year of California's statehood.

This is also our July Band Musicians Invitational Event, which draws an additional 50 registered guest musicians, which combine with our 60-member band to create a mid-summer extravaganza.

Invite your friends, family, neighbors, and clubs to meet you at the park for musical fun with your hometown band. The concerts are free (donations only), open to the public, accessible, and perfect for families. Dogs on leashes are welcome. Carry in your picnic dinner, or treat yourself from the hot dog and ice cream vendors. Bring a lawn chair or blanket, and enjoy a wonderful musical evening at the park.
