Embodied Flow is a focused training immersion for dedicated Zouk dancers who want to refine their movement, deepen partnership skills, and elevate the quality of their dance.
This weekend is designed to support dancers who are ready for structured, intentional training... blending professional movement preparation with advanced Zouk technique.
Throughout the weekend, we will work through:
• mobility and conditioning for sustainable, efficient movement
• floor work and low pathways to organize body mechanics
• partner stretching, contact, and counterbalance
• advancing head motion pathways & movements
• clear communication, precision, and musicality
We begin by preparing the body, then layer in partnership and technical work - so dancing feels grounded, responsive, and expressive.

✔ 10 hours of progressive workshops
✔ Numerous hours of socials + integration time
✔ Balanced roles: 12 leaders / 12 followers
✔ Limited to 24 dancers for depth and quality
🔹 Who This Is For
This immersion is for experienced and committed Zouk dancers who want to train with focus, curiosity, and discipline... not just collect patterns, but develop mastery and embodiment. This is for Zouk dancers who have an understanding of the foundations (10 basics, head motion theory)
