The parade features numerous entries including marching bands, antique automobiles, equestrians, politicians, and the crowd favorite Famous Marching Presidents of Nevada City, a humorous, but reverent group that portrays each U.S. President and First Lady.

- Street Fair: 12:00pm to 4:00pm
- Mock Historical Signing of the U.S Constitution: 1:30pm
- Constitution Day Parade: 2:00pm (Downtown Nevada City)

*Make a weekend out of it:
- Revolutionary War Living History – Saturday 9/19 from 10-5pm & Sunday 9/20 from 10-12pm (at Pioneer Park)
