Christmas tree lighting ceremony

Good afternoon everyone, my name is Deb Gallant and I'm looking for a group of people who would be willing to come sing Christmas carols on December 6th around 5:30 pm to help with a tree lighting ceremony we are having at Neskowin Creek RV resort. I also was wondering if there might be a few people who would help me with handing out, hot cocoa and apple cider, also Cookie's. It would be about 2 to 3 hours if not sooner. Plus helping me with hanging Christmas lights up the week before the tree lighting. I really appreciate all that you guys do throw out the year for all of us here at the resort.
