✨ Why Kundalini Yoga?
Kundalini Yoga is for everyone—no experience required. This dynamic and deeply transformative practice helps us align with our internal self, awaken inner energy, and come home to our true nature. Through movement, breathwork, mantra (optional), and meditation, Kundalini Yoga opens the heart, clears the mind, and connects us to our bodies.
🧘 What is Kundalini Yoga?
Unlike Hatha Yoga, which focuses on postures and physical alignment, Kundalini Yoga is often called the “Yoga of Awareness.” It combines physical movement (kriyas), conscious breath, chanting (optional), and meditation to unlock energy at the base of the spine and move it through the chakras. The experience can be energizing, clarifying, and even blissful.
📦 What to Bring:
- Yourself
- An open mind and open heart
- A yoga mat (limited mats available to rent)
- A journal (optional, for reflections and insights)
🪑 Need to Modify?
No worries if sitting on the ground is a challenge—Kundalini Yoga can be practiced in a chair. All postures will be adapted to meet your needs.
☁️ In the event of inclement weather, class will be held indoors or rescheduled.
Can’t make it on Wednesdays? That’s okay! Sessions are also offered Saturday mornings at 8:00 AM until August 30.
