The Holiday Burnout Sound Bath at Wildwood in Nerstrand
Let’s be honest — the holidays can be a lot. The to-do lists. The family expectations. The endless “shoulds.” Somewhere in there, we forget to breathe.
So before the holiday chaos hits full speed, come join me for a powerful evening of release, laughter, and deep healing.
We’ll start by journaling out all the things that are stressing you out — the frustration, guilt, pressure, or people-pleasing that’s been weighing you down. Then, we’ll step outside for a fiery burn ceremony 🔥 to release it all into the flames (because sometimes letting go needs a little fire).
When we come back inside, we’ll grab our pillows or blankets and scream it out — yes, really! Let your body and voice move that pent-up energy that’s been living rent-free in your nervous system.
As you release, I’ll be playing the gong, its deep, powerful waves helping you clear, purge, and shake loose anything your body is ready to let go of.
Then, we’ll melt into the stillness with a restorative Sound Bath, surrounded by the soothing tones of crystal bowls, chimes, and drums — washing away the chaos and bringing your energy back into calm and alignment.
What to Bring:
Yoga mat, pillow, blanket (and your “scream pillow” of choice!)
