1. Cava Rosé Pinot Noir – Jaume Serra
A fresh and elegant rosé Cava from Catalonia (D.O. Cava), with fine bubbles and aromas of red fruit.
Served with toast with mixed herb butter and smoked sardines.
2. Marco Real Sauvignon Blanc
A young, very aromatic and refreshing white wine from Navarra, with tropical and citrus notes.
The white and rosé will be served with puff pastry soufflé fillet with salmon and spinach.
3. Marco Real Rosé Blush 2023
A smooth and fruity rosé from Navarra, with delicate aromas of raspberry and peach.
All three red wines will be served with Homemade bread from the Bakery @Nybaka Nerja filled with braised beef, Italian style.
4. Marco Real Colección Privada Crianza
An elegant and balanced aged red wine from Navarra, with notes of ripe fruit and a touch of oak.
5. Veintidós Sentidos Tinto
A young, fruity, and smooth red wine from Spain, with aromas of wild berries.
6. Juana la Loca Tinto
An intense and expressive red wine from Castile and León, with aromas of ripe black fruit and cocoa.
