ワールドダイニングツアー、第52回は、東南アジアの穏やかな国 ラオス。

高円寺にあるラオス料理店 サバイディー にて、現地の味を楽しみながら、旅する気分で交流する夕食会です。

ラオス料理は、タイ料理に似た要素を持ちながらも、より素朴でハーブの香りが豊かなのが特徴です。

もち米（カオニャオ）を主食とし、ハーブや発酵の風味を生かした料理など、日本ではなかなか体験できない味わいです。

世界の料理を楽しみながら、参加者同士でゆったり交流する時間にできればと思っています。
