We’ll explore long-held, supported Yin shapes designed to gently release tension, regulate the nervous system, and create space in both the joints and the mind. Rather than forcing depth, we’ll allow depth to emerge over time and attentive awareness.

The evening will close with a 10-minute sound bath Savasana to integrate and restore.

Open to all levels.
