YOGA w/ Lauren + live hand pan music!

Flow w/ the lovely Lauren for a mixed level YOGA community class in the great outdoors at BrewHound!

Special calming sounds of the hand pan played live with Joe V will accompany this flow!

Donations are welcome

*BrewHound serves EggBoy breakfast sandwiches at the bar on weekend mornings, enjoy a specialty coffee, tea, matcha or mimosa alongside it after yoga!

**If your dog doesn’t have separation anxiety, they are welcome to play in the off leash area while you enjoy yoga. Day passes for dogs are available to Brewhound if they do not already have a membership at Brewhound
