Rooted in the ancient traditions of moon circles and seasonal ritual, this experience includes:�
✨ Winter Solstice–themed craft creation — make your own symbolic seasonal craft (such as a solstice lantern, evergreen charm, or intention ornament) to embody your inner light and carry into your ritual work�
✨ Guided meditation and chanting to connect with your inner self and the energy of the Winter Solstice�
✨ Discussion on what shadow work is — learn the principles of shadow work and how it supports personal growth and transformation
�✨ Journaling prompts for shadow work — uncover hidden fears, patterns, and emotions ready for acknowledgment and transformation
�✨ Intention-setting ritual to integrate insights and align with your soul’s desires
The Winter Solstice, the longest night of the year, symbolizes a powerful time to embrace darkness before welcoming light. In this workshop, you’ll create a safe, sacred space to confront and honor the aspects of yourself that often remain unseen—transforming them into clarity, wisdom, and conscious direction for the coming lunar cycle and year ahead.
Each participant will receive a Winter Solstice + New Moon Shadow Work Ritual Packet to support ongoing reflection and manifestation.
What to bring: Your favorite pens, pencils, or markers for journaling, and any meaningful items—a crystal, photo, or symbol—to place on our collective altar.
