Join Katie Johnston, Integrative Life Coach and Licensed Ishtara® Teacher, as she invites you into a new kind of conversation with your most powerful asset - your own body.  

Most of us never learned to FEEL our emotions,  instead we were taught to manage and control them.

We’ve become incredibly skilled at avoiding, dismissing, and suppressing difficult feelings.

Or we’ve become so careful that we unconsciously shape our entire lives around avoiding certain emotions entirely.

But your emotions are how your body communicates specific needs in real time.  

Our inability to feel, often means these underlying needs go unmet. This can unknowingly cost us in all areas of our lives.  

During this 2 hour workshop, Katie will introduce you to the principles of the Ishtara® Method; a moving meditation practice that teaches you how to:
Listen to what your body is communicating
Safely move and release emotion through the body
Meet the underlying needs of your emotions directly
Unlock the gifts hidden behind the emotions we resist the most 
Use your own body as a vehicle for healing and transformation that lasts
