This is a chance to gather, connect, slow down, and "be".

What you can expect:

*Opportunity for real connection (with others and your "self")
*Energy work

Bring yoga mat and anything to make you feel comfortable for a guided meditation (you're welcome to lie down, sit, etc).

About your Facilitator:
Paul is a Certified Reiki Master Teacher and certified life coach, passionate about life and human beings. Presence, authenticity and intuition are the key ingredients that will support you in your customized sessions.

As a citizen of the world, Paul’s journey’s started between France and Portugal, travelling through Europe, then French Polynesia and finally in Canada. Feeling the call to change his life’s perspectives, Paul decided a few years ago to jump and embrace the holistic world, finally aligning himself with his true essence.

Supporting humans connecting to their own evolution and growth is a real gift for Paul. And he always finds joy and happiness in the beauty of simple things, such as having long and peaceful walks in the woods or being in his happy place, his feet in the ocean, with his family.

Paul can support you either through energetic sessions, through Reiki and intuition, or through coaching conversations, using his skills to co-create with you a conversation where you may find by yourself your own truth.

Paul loves to also offer, for the one’s interested, a mix of reiki and coaching, with a fully customized and intuitive process, where you decide what resonates the most for you. Workshops and circles are also possible, with the powerful use of the connection between humans in a safe group.

Paul loves coming to Willow Wellness, as he considers our place magical, as offering many possibilities for people to find a nice, cozy and positively energized place.

Paul is quadrilingual, speaking English, French, Spanish and Portuguese.
