Offroad - 101 Basics

This Off-Roading 101 class will be held on Sunday, February 22nd at 1pm in the shop of our generous sponsor - USA Powersports. This beginner class is geared toward club members who have just begun, or are thinking about starting to take their Jeep off-road. It will cover some basic concepts of off-roading, the equipment needed for safety and recovery, and information on Tread Lightly principals that should guide us all in taking care of the trails (so that they remain open and we can all continue to enjoy them). If you are not new to taking your Jeep off the beaten path and just want to review the information, have experience to share, or just want to hang out with fellow Jeepers - this class is for you too. Please bring a chair, paper and pen to write down any information that you might want to keep. This training will be led by experienced trail team members that have offroading experience and knowledge to share.
