At the event, we will discuss and demonstrate using the dehydrator and drying tents to extend the shelf life of your left over harvest such as mixed vegetables, greens, mushrooms, tomatoes, garlic, and other herbs and spices. All ideas are welcome!Attendees will see all the Herb Hub's shared-use equipment for washing, drying, processing, packaging, and shipping herbs to specific buyers, and also tour the ACEnet kitchen - a food-safe facility certified by the Ohio Department of Agriculture.Drop in for a few minutes, or stay the whole time to connect with other growers and herb/soup enthusiasts. Growers of any kind are encouraged to attend.Can't make it to the event? No problem!
