If you are interested in my upcoming Jikiden Reiki course (see infos below ***) but never had a Jikiden Reiki session before and you want to know what Reiki is all about, this event is for you. 

Jikiden Reiki is the traditional Japanese Reiki before any Western influence. Jikiden means "directly passed down" in Japanese and Reiki means “energy of the universe” or "nature energy".

It is a completely natural, safe, and very effective energy healing technique to improve the well-being and unity of your body, mind and soul. Reiki allows a gentle reconnection with yourself through deep and restful relaxation and blocked emotional and physical energy release.  

Children are always warmly welcome. They can play while you receive or you can receive together. Often it is a mixture of both. You can also bring a mom friend and she can look after your little one outside in the surrounded forest while you receive - and you can swop afterwards. :)

After serving families in our community with Jikiden Reiki for a few years I feel honoured and excited to now pass on this sacred Japanese teaching to mothers.

More than ever I wish for mothers to feel more supported, connected, nurtured and valued for their incredibly important role in our society in raising little humans. 

Reiki has changed my life forever, has brought so much relief and peace to me. This gift belongs into the hands of mothers. ♡

Learning Jikiden Reiki is a self-care tool and skill that you will have in your hands for a life time, available to you anytime and anywhere you need it, to support yourself, your children and your whole family. 

Join me for a 2 days course where you will learn a simple yet very effective hands-on energy healing technique from Japan. 

Traditionally Reiki was used as a home remedy by mothers to help their children naturally with finding relief from every day physical and emotional issues. 

Chiyoko Yamaguchi learned Reiki in 1938 in Japan and found Reiki to be very helpful for the well-being of her own family.

“After I became pregnant, I gave Reiki to my unborn baby. It worked really well and all of my kids were healthy. All four of my children were boys and they often suffered injuries and sometimes got sick. Whenever something happened to them Reiki helped greatly. It was really reassuring for such a young mother in those days. It is like they were brought up with Reiki.” 

Another report from a local mother who saw me recently for her first Jikiden Reiki session: 
“It was magical, actually. I loved my session, thank you. I had a lot to do when I got home and everyone was cranky and tired but I was able to keep a very level head. I also had no pain and usually around that point in the evening I would take pain medication but I didn’t need to. Yesterday morning I woke up in pain and couldn’t go back to sleep because of it. This morning I have woken up with considerably less pain.”
