Sunday Dance again! Bring a friend, your Family or just join by yourself. Moving is good for your Body & Soul. Hall is by the Beach so you won't miss out....Motto for this Sunday is based on World Music an Eclectic playlist with fun & vibrant Sound. Not all songs can be part of it, but I do my best to integrate them in the Playlist.

If you feel a bit shy or awkward to dance (but you may be happy in your kitchen to move etc.) Please get in touch as you are not the only one!... I would give in the near future 30 min. before each dance to help you to warm up and not to worry about how it looks...it just need to feel good so you can have fun and release some stress and anxiety. Sadly we don't have a dance culture in NZ from early childhood, but it's not too late to move - Age is not an obstacle!...

Vision: I'd love to create a "judgement free" space to move and relax and just be yourself.
