Spring has officially sprung, and to celebrate we’re throwing an extra-special session featuring Christchurch Drum & Bass heavyweight SPACELLA.

For nearly a decade, Spacella has been carving out her own lane in the underground Drum & Bass scene, delivering dark, rolling and high-impact sets that hit deep and don’t let go.

Based in Christchurch, she has built a reputation for razor-sharp blends, heavyweight selections and an unmistakable energy behind the decks.

Her sound lives in the shadows — rooted in dark rollers, minimal pressure, jump-up grit and jungle textures, all driven by low-end weight and hypnotic movement.

Drawing inspiration from artists including Teej, CDU, Molecular, Business As Usual, The Sauce, DLR, Conrad Subs, L-Side and SublowHz, Spacella brings a sound built for dark rooms and big systems.

On Saturday 12th September, we’re bringing together a stacked lineup of familiar faces and fresh energy for five hours of rolling drums, heavy basslines, deep selections and late-night pressure.

And this time around, we’re mixing things up with TWO fresh Back-to-Back sets:

Expect a journey through the many corners of Drum & Bass — from deep and rolling selections through to minimal pressure, jungle flavours, heavier dancefloor tunes, high-energy rollers and everything in between.

SPRING LOADED is all about kicking off the new season properly: a packed dancefloor, serious sound, visuals lighting up the room and six selectors ready to keep things moving from start to finish.

As always, Vibe Lab Visuals will be adding another layer to the night with live visuals, alongside Nelson Light & Sound helping us bring the full production together.
